This Privacy Policy describes how we, Naeevah LLC, a limited liability company governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA (“Company” ”we," “our,” or “us”), collect, store, use personal information (as defined below) of users of the website www.mindstrategytactics.com (“Website”) and the online trading course “Mind Over Matter” (“Course”).
We aim to limit our collection of personal information to only such personal information as required for legitimate purposes. We do not (and do not plan to) sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, other than as described in this Privacy Policy. We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and we respect your right to access your personal information or have it corrected or deleted, at your request. If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what personal information we keep about you, please contact us. All capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in our Terms and Conditions.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy here so that you always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. By using the Course, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent that we may collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Personal information,” also known as personal data or personally identifiable information, is any information related to an identifiable person such as name, email address, phone number, etc.
WHEN WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
- When registering for or accessing the Course via Kajabi: When you register for the Course or when you access our Course through Kajabi’s platform, Kajabi may collect your personal information such as your name, email address and phone number and share it with us. - When accessing our free video: When you try to access our free video with our Website, we may collect: your full name, email, phone number, and information on what aspects of trading you struggle with the most.
- When making a payment via our Website: If you decide to make a payment for the Course via our Website, we may collect: your full name, email, billing address, and payment information.
NON-PERSONAL OR AGGREGATE INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
When you visit the Website, we may collect data which is non-personal, anonymous, or pseudonymous, including, but not limited to, time zone you are in, information on how you first heard about us, browser type, website usage history, number of logins, login times, and time/date of login.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE USE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
We only use information about you to support your experience of the Course and the Website or to communicate with you about our Course. In particular, we collect information about you:
- to recognize you as a registered user;
- to respond to your inquiries or requests;

- to analyze non-personal or aggregate information for the sake of Course improvement; and

We think it is very important that all users of the Course or Website act in accordance with applicable laws whilst using our Course or Website. This may include investigations into alleged criminal behavior or to protect the vital interests of a person. Marketing Services Providers
We partner with providers of marketing services (such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram) (“Marketing Services Providers’) to help us market and advertise our Course on third party websites and applications and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. For example:
- to exclude you from advertising campaigns aimed at finding new users, if you are already a client of ours;
- to show our adverts to users who have visited the Website;
- to create an audience for our ads of other potential users who have similar characteristics to you based on the information the Marketing Service Providers holds about you (also known as a lookalike audience);
- to include you in a ‘custom audience’ that will receive our advertising content (a custom audience is essentially a list of people who we think are most likely to be interested in a particular advertisement); or
- to understand how users interact with our posts.

Links
We may keep track of how you interact with links available on the App including third party services by redirecting clicks or through other means. We may share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
Non-personal information
We reserve the right to use and disclose non-personal information and anonymous aggregate statistics for any purpose and to any third party at our sole discretion.

Your Contributions
Course organizers may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, and online forums via Kajabi platform and the Website; Kajabi and the Website may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials including, but not limited to, text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, or personal information or other material (collectively, “Your Contributions”). Your Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Course or Website. As such, any of Your Contributions must be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
We want our users to be careful about posting information that may eventually be made public. Therefore, we recommend and encourage you (and all users of the Course) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself via your profile or chats with others, including your full name, home address, email address, phone number, credit card details, national identity number, drivers’ license details, health information, political affiliation, religious denomination, and other sensitive information which is open to abuse and misuse. Please remember that photographs or videos that you post on Kajabi’s platform may reveal information about you as well. While you may voluntarily provide any such information to us when you register for the Course or when you chat with a User, there is no requirement to do so.
Where you do upload and choose to tell us sensitive information about yourself, including through the chats, you are explicitly consenting to our processing of this information and making it public for other users.
FEEDBACK
If you submit any Feedback as defined in our Terms and Conditions, you hereby assign to the Company all rights in the Feedback and agree that the Company shall have the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. We will treat any Feedback you provide to us as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit to us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Website and Kajabi’s platform may contain ads and links to third-party websites, articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, application, software, and other content belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Links”). Such Third-Party Links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Links. If you decide to leave the Website or a Course page, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware that these Terms will no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy policies and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate.
MINORS (CHILDREN) POLICY
We are committed to protecting children's personal information and comply with the strictest privacy laws out there. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of majority. If you are a minor, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you believe we may have collected information from a minor.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements) or up until such time when you withdraw your consent for processing it. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
SECURITY
The security of your information is very important to us and our partner Kajabi. We and Kajabi apply all reasonable security measures and comply with the industry standards to protect your personal information (including, preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal information).
Kajabi has implemented and maintains reasonable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the nature of the information, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no security measure is perfect, so we and Kajabi cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Kajabi’s protections align with well-known standards such as ISO 27001:2017 and others.
As the safety and security of your information also depends on the precautions you take, we ask you not to share your password with anyone. You are responsible for protecting this password and keeping it confidential. If you believe your password or the security of your account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact us and/or Kajabi with any concerns.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We and Kajabi are located and operate in the United States. By submitting personal information to us, you understand that we may transfer your personal information to a country foreign to you, including the United States, for processing. The laws that apply to the use and protection of personal information in the United States, or other countries or jurisdictions in which we transfer or process personal information, may be different from the laws and protections in your country. These transfers may include transfers to our service providers located in foreign jurisdictions. Whenever we and Kajabi engage a service provider, we and Kajabi require that its privacy and security standards adhere to our requirements and applicable privacy laws.

Brazilian general data protection law. Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (“LGPD”) is the Brazilian general data protection law, which applies to businesses that process the personal data of users located in Brazil. LGPD establishes rules on collecting, handling, storing and sharing of personal data managed by organizations.
According to the article 18 of LGPD, individuals have the following nine rights over their data processing:
- The right to receive a confirmation about processing of their personal data;
- The right to access their personal data;
- The right to correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date personal data;
- The right to anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in noncompliance with the provisions of LGPD;
- The right of portability of the data to another service or product provider, by means of an express request and subject to commercial and industrial secrecy, pursuant to the regulation of the controlling agency;

MARKETING EMAILS, OTHER COMMUNICATIONS & OPT-OUT OPTION
With your consent you will receive updates, newsletters, surveys, offers, ads and other promotional materials from us via your email. You may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications or notifications from us by following the unsubscribe link provided in the email you receive. Despite your indicated preferences, we may send you service related communication, including notices of any updates to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, or other statements.

This Cookie Policy provides information about our use of cookies in connection with your use of and interaction with our Course and/or Website.
